The NICA Excellence Scholarship Fund helps put world-class circus education within reach for students with outstanding promise.

Through this fund, NICA will offer a partial or full coverage of Bachelor of Circus Arts student fees, helping recipients focus on their training and artistic development without the burden of tuition costs.

A NICA education fast-tracks the intensive training and professional experience emerging artists need to build an international career in contemporary circus. More than half our students relocate to attend the only Bachelor of Circus Arts in the Southern Hemisphere, right here at NICA.

For a domestic student, tuition fees are currently $22,660 per year – a significant sum for any student and their family.

Scholarships will be awarded to top-scoring auditionees who demonstrate exceptional artistic potential, and who possess the talent and commitment to thrive at NICA.
