In response to the COVID-19 lockdown from March to early November 2020, NICA Short Courses prepared a weekly online class program featuring a mix of both live Zoom and Facebook classes. Online classes cannot be a substitute for face-to-face learning but they were a fun way for our circus community to stay engaged and maintain some circus fitness.  

Our free class recordings can still be accessed via our Short Courses Facebook and YouTube Channel. Links to join or access these sites can be found on the left-hand side panel of this page.

If you are looking for more classes or would like to revisit some of your favourite workouts and trainers, you can have unlimited access to our Zoom Class Recordings via a one-off $25 subscription (available through the Trybooking link above and on the left hand panel). There are approximately 50 videos (and growing), of all your favourites: Aerial Conditioning, Flexibility, Cardio Circuits, Circus Dynamics and Teen Fitness to name a few.
