Russian Swing

A Russian swing is a large, floor-mounted swing used in circus performances to make impressive high acrobatic jumps. Two or more acrobats stand on the swing platform, pushing it back and forth until it is swinging in high arcs. One acrobatic then jump off the swing, performing twists, spins, and flips, before landing on a mat.
