AERIAL PREPARATION - BEGINNERS
Static trapeze, hoop & tissu

Learn the basics and prepare to have fun in the air on a variety of aerial equipment. Build up your strength and flexibility. Static trapeze, static cloud swing, rope, aerial hoop and tissu.
Tuesday 6:30pm-8:30pm.

STRAPS CONDITIONING

An introduction to straps with a strong focus on strength and conditioning. The class will focus on building the strength and flexibility required for such an upper body intensive apparatus.

It will consist of straps specific strength and flexibility training along with foundational straps skills.This class will prepare students for the Straps Beginner/Intermediate Class.


Previous experience on a different aerial apparatus is essential.


Tuesday 7:30pm - 8:30pm.

STRAPS - BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE

The perfect class for those looking to solidify their training in straps.

The class will extend your strength and flexibility as required for this upper body intensive apparatus. Learn new skills and techniques.

Previous aerial experience on a different apparatus is essential, experience with Straps is preferred.
Tuesday 6.00pm - 7.30pm.

AERIAL ASSORTMENT - BEGINNER +
Static Trapeze, Hoop and Tissu

Practice and develop your aerial skills on static trapeze, static cloudswing, rope, aerial hoop & tissu. Improve strength, coordination and aerial awareness.
Wednesday 6:30pm-8:30pm.

AERIAL ASSORTMENT - INTER TO ADVANCED
Static trapeze, hoop & tissu

Practice and develop your aerial skills on static trapeze, static cloudswing, rope, aerial hoop & tissu. Improve strength, coordination and aerial awareness. At least one term of Aerial Preparation or similar training is essential.
Monday 6:30pm-8:30pm.

TISSU - BEGINNER +
Climb, wrap, drop & roll

This class is suitable for those that have completed at least one term of aerial preparation and have mastered the basics of climbing and wrapping. Move on to learn more adventurous drops and poses. Classes will include a warm up, strength training, conditioning tips, and stretching.
Tuesday 6:30pm-8:30pm.

TISSU - INTERMEDIATE
Climb, wrap, drop & roll

Continue to develop your skills on tissu learning more tricks and techniques. Increase your repertoire of wraps, drops, dives and falls. Previous experience required of at least one term of Beginner Plus level (Tuesday night) or equivalent. Classes will include a warm up, strength training, conditioning tips, and stretching.
Thursday 6.30pm-8.30pm
Saturday 11:00am-12:30pm

ADULT AERIAL HOOP - BEGINNER +

AERIAL HOOP for Beginner+ to Intermediate levels. Focus on strength/conditioning, swinging/spinning, flexibility, skills and putting them together in a sequence. We recommend at least 2 terms of Aerial Preparation or similar prior to entering this class.Thursday 6.30pm-8.30pm.

ADULT AERIAL HOOP - INTERMEDIATE

Aerial Hoop for Intermediate to advanced levels. Continue to develop your skills on aerial hoop learning more tricks and techniques. Increase your repertoire of poses, holds, and spins. Previous experience required of at least one term of Beginner Plus level (Thursday night) or equivalent. Classes will include a warm up, strength training, conditioning tips, and stretching.
Saturday 9:30am-11:00am
New 4 week term from August 25 to September 15 with Emily Collins.

AERIAL ROPE AND HANDBALANCING
Aerial and ground based skills

For those wanting to focus on developing their skills in either aerial rope and/or handstands. This class will run with a flexible structure that can be tailored to the individuals capabilities and goals. All levels welcome from first time beginners to the highly experienced.
