BALANCE AND MANIPULATION
** NEW CLASS IN 2017 !!

'Equilibristics' is a general term used to describe a variety of circus arts that involve balance or equilibrium, such as juggling, tightwire walking, rolla bolla and object balance. This class is for beginners and for those with a little experience wishing to expand their skills repertoire. No previous experience necessary just an enthusiasm to learn! TRAINER - ANNA FISHER

CHINESE POLE-ALL LEVELS
Climb, slide and hold poses

Increase your strength and climb to new heights in a discipline that is gaining momentum and popularity worldwide. Using apparatus originally developed by Chinese acrobats, this class will have you climbing, sliding and holding poses while developing acute strength and skill. Flat soled shoes (ie Volleys) and jeans over leggings compulsory. ** TERM 1, 2017 - MONDAY CLASSES RUN FOR 8 WEEKS. NO CLASSES MON 13 MARCH LABOUR DAY

HULA HOOPS - ALL LEVELS -with trainer Anna Fisher.  Hula tricks for body, arms, neck & feet. Learn to manipulate one or more hoops at the same time and create a simple routine. Hoops provided. Ab workout guaranteed!

CONTORTION & HANDSTANDS - INT
Strength, balance, tricks & poses

Increase your flexibility, strength and balance, whilst learning circus contortion tricks and poses. Previous experience through gym, dance, circus contortion or similar classes required. **Monday 6.30pm-8.30pm. ** TERM 1, 2017 - MONDAY CLASSES RUN FOR 8 WEEKS. NO CLASSES MON 13 MARCH LABOUR DAY

TUMBLING for Beginners
Rolling, Cartwheels, Handstands

Develop strength and flexibility by learning the basics and focusing on good technique. Handstands, cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, head spring and handspring, dive rolls. The fast-track and pit trampoline will also be used as students progress. **Monday 6:30pm-8:30pm.** TERM 1, 2017 - MONDAY CLASSES RUN FOR 8 WEEKS. NO CLASSES MON 13 MARCH LABOUR DAY

TUMBLING- INTERMEDIATE
Moving on from beginners tumbling

Continue to develop strength and flexibility while learning more skills. Intro to Back flips, round offs, standing front-somersaults and back-somersaults. For those who have done at least 2 terms or equivalent of beginner tumbling and can competently deliver nice cartwheels, dive rolls, handstand forward rolls and head spring or handspring. Tuesdays 6:30pm-8:30pm.

CIRCUS ESSENTIALS - ALL LEVELS
General circus, ground-based & aerials

You're never too old to start learning circus so sign up for some fun and improve your fitness at the same time. Increase your strength and flexibility while sampling a variety of circus activities. Acrobalance (adagio), juggling, handstands, tightwire, static trapeze, tissu, tumbling and trampoline. Suitable for beginners or students with prior experience. Thursdays 6:30pm - 8:30pm.

TRAMPOLINE - ALL LEVELS
Learn the basics then create routines

Develop aerial awareness and acrobatic skills by learning the fundamentals. Then, move onto intermediate skills and create simple routines. (Fast track and pit trampoline will also be used when available.) Wednesdays 7:15pm-9:15pm.
