Combining the best aspects of sport, dance, gymnastics and performance, our recreational circus classes will improve fitness, coordination, strength and flexibility, while building confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
Classes are term-based and held after school/business hours and on Saturday mornings. They range from general circus to specific skills, and are designed for all ages, body types, skill and fitness levels.
NB: You must book your place in a class before attending. Places are limited, and classes will only run if there are sufficient enrolments.
Learn the basics or specialise in any number of aerial and ground-based skills: acrobalance, handstands, hula hoops, juggling, rope, trampolining, tissu, tumbling and more!
NICA’s recreational courses are taught by experienced trainers and industry professionals in Australia’s best custom-built circus training facilities. Classes range from general circus to specific skills, and are designed for all ages, body types, skill and fitness levels. A 1:8 trainer/student ratio ensures the safety of participants. That means class sizes are small and fill quickly so book your place early to avoid missing out.
If you can't get enough circus, then advance your skills with private tuition. NICA can also help polish your performance or work with you to create a stand-out routine.
