NICA receives Bendigo Bank Windsor Community Branch grant

NICA was awarded a grant from the Windsor Community Bank branch, Bendigo Bank, to purchase circus equipment for the Community Circus program’s performance troupe, Circus Star. The troupe will feature in NICA’s Community Circus end of year show on 20 November. And you might catch sight of the troupe performing at outdoor festivals and community events.
