Courses
Graduates will have the opportunity to work with independent groups, communities and organizations e.g.: disability groups, indigenous communities, educational institutions (primary, secondary and community) and deaf communities. Community and Social Circus programs are often supported by statutory organisations including Health and Social Services, Education Departments, Sports Commissions, Community and Cultural Departments, Child Care Services, philanthropic bodies, Arts Councils and aid organisations.
The Graduate Certificate of Arts (Social & Community Circus) provides students with advanced skills, knowledge and training required by the circus profession and related industries, and their partners within the government, private and community sectors.

Students have access to NICA’s purpose-built circus training studios, performance spaces, drama and movement studios, equipment and costume storage spaces and dressing rooms, the health team comprising a physiotherapist, sports doctor and sports psychologist as well as the on-campus facilities and support services provided by Swinburne University.
